Matija is an EU and US-educated and licensed business lawyer, Duke MBA and executive with vast experience in M&A and corporate finance.  He served on boards of directors of distressed companies and advised at reorganization and/or financial restructuring of several manufacturing companies.

 Martin is a seasoned executive with endless experience in reorganization and "making happen impossible projects".  He gained experience while working as a senior executive for many international companies such as IBM, Hertz, Hypo Bank, and Hilti. He holds certificates from international executive programs of various specialties from renowned Swiss and German institutions.
